Lampshade Making Workshops 2021

Come and join me for a fun afternoon learning how to make a lampshade. You will make a 30cm drum lampshade to take home with you, this can be used on a lamp base or as a pendant (ceiling shade). I will demonstrate each step, and you will be able to work at your own pace. You will learn tips to enable you to make a professionally finished shade. You will need to bring a piece of fabric 40x120 cm or purchase from the selection at Homefront. Please also bring sharp scissors and a bin bag to take your shade home in and a butter knife/old credit card, if you have one, to make tucking in the fabric easier (a tucking in tool is provided).

The workshop fee includes a lampshade making kit and refreshments. Full payment is required to book your place. Should you have to cancel, a full refund will be issued if notified 7 days before the workshop. If cancelling with less than 7 days notice 50% of the cost will be refunded, or full payment if i can fill the place. If for any unforeseen reason I have to cancel the workshop a full refund will be issued. I hope to arrange further dates for lampshade workshops so do let me know if you would be interested in another date.
